Strobel is the Founder and CEO of Awakened Elijah Collective, which encompasses Inner Chamber and soon to include Oil & Fire Press and Alabaster + Oak—a network of faith-driven initiatives and brands dedicated to awakening intimacy with God, equipping the Body of Christ, and restoring wholeness in spirit, soul, and body.
Strobel is also the Founder and President of Rapha Nation Inc., where she leads initiatives focused on advancing the gospel, restoring the bride to the heart of Father God , and equipping others in the call of God on their life. An accomplished international development professional, she brings over 24 years of leadership experience across more than 60 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. She offers a rare blend of strategic communications expertise, cross-sector partnership development, and operational oversight in complex global environments.
Her leadership portfolio reflects the ability to oversee international initiatives, build and train global teams, manage projects, and large-scale international portfolios. She has spearheaded programs in agriculture, healthcare, anti-human trafficking, and youth empowerment, collaborating with over 60 international NGOs, universities, and government agencies.
For over 15 years, Strobel has also joyfully shared the gospel, hosted healing crusades, and walked alongside individuals through inner healing and deliverance. She is passionate about equipping others to discover and live out God’s unique purpose for their lives and has witnessed more than half a million souls saved and holistic healing brought to countless unreached nations.
Strobel holds a B.S. in Psychology and Counseling, an MBA Certificate in Agribusiness from Texas A&M, and certifications in project and people management from APMG International, AMA, and Last Mile Learning. Known for her ability to navigate multicultural landscapes with insight and clarity, she is a respected coach, speaker, and catalyst for scalable global change.
