  • Grounded.

    We are called to be oaks of righteousness—strong, steady, and deeply rooted in the soil of His Word.
    The oak doesn’t strive; it stands, drawing strength from the unseen depth of its roots. It endures every storm because it is grounded in living water.


    To live grounded is to be anchored in God’s truth, unmoved by shifting culture or noise. It’s where spiritual rootedness meets physical simplicity.
    Being grounded means returning to what’s pure and natural—nourishing the body with whole foods, tending the soil that sustains life, and keeping our homes and hearts free of toxins that dull our spiritual sensitivity.

  • Clean.

    Mary’s alabaster jar carried something pure and costly—an offering of devotion untainted by the world.
    When she broke it open, the fragrance filled the room, symbolizing a heart poured out in worship.


    To live clean is to walk in that same posture—unmixed in worship, unpolluted in thought, and untainted in body.


    It’s allowing purity to flow through every area of life: what we eat, what we think, what we breathe, and how we live.


    It’s releasing the clutter, the chemicals, and the counterfeit comforts that crowd out His presence.
    Like Mary’s offering, clean living is a fragrance of love—holy, simple, and whole.

  • Restored.

    Before God ever gave Adam work, He gave him rest—a place called Eden, which means delight.


    Humanity was created to begin not in labor, but in communion and rest—wholeness in the presence of God.
    To be restored is to return to that Eden rhythm—where we walk with God in the cool of the day, nourished by His creation and at peace within ourselves.


    Restoration is not just healing from what’s broken; it’s being reconnected to divine rest, where striving ceases and the soul finds home again.
    As we detox from what drains us—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—He renews our strength, restores our joy, and resets our bodies to align with His original design.


    This is the essence of Eden: rest as restoration, presence as healing, wholeness as worship.

Q & A

  • Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune condition in which the immune system mistakenly attacks the thyroid gland. In autoimmune diseases, the body’s defense system targets its own cells, making it harder for the body to heal. While there is no known cure for Hashimoto’s, doctors can prescribe medication to help manage symptoms, though these treatments don’t always provide full relief. Through much prayer, I have chosen not to take medication, but instead to trust the Lord for complete healing while also taking intentional steps to remove toxins from my home, lifestyle, and diet and persuing alternative therapies.

    After traveling to 60+ countries and living in 2 third-world countries, my body has been inundated with chemicals in food, pollution in planes, trains, and uncontrolled environments, mold from sleeping in unsanitary conditions, among other situations. My cells are on toxic overload.

    When your cells have been overloaded with toxins, your body creates inflammation around the cells to prevent them from receiving additional toxins. It’s like a coping mechanism for your cell. The bad thing about that is that your cells have a system of flushing out toxins (aka Mitochondria). So, until you can get rid of the inflammation in your body around the cell, your body cannot heal itself from all the toxins built-up in your cells. 

    This is my goal. Remove chemicals and toxins from my food, everyday beauty & cleaning products, so that inflammation will leave and my cells can be renewed.

    1. Scripture tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit. I have complete peace that God is healing me, moment by moment. I don’t fully understand why I’m walking this road or why it has stretched beyond two years, but I trust Father God fully and completely. He is Jehovah Rapha—God my Healer—and I believe I will soon walk in complete health. It is no surprise to me that this attack has come against my body, as the very name of this ministry proclaims God as our Healer.

    When someone asks me, I say, “The doctor diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease, but God has healed me of all diseases according to Psalms 103:3.” Join me in believing and speaking this same faith statement when sharing my story.
