What are you expecting to get from this Come to the Table community?

Do you agree to the following? You enjoy having fun, sharing meals, and laughing with others on the journey. You have (or desire to build) a regular rhythm of prayer and time in the Word. You carry a hunger for a life of purity and a heart that’s yielded to the Holy Spirit. You’re willing to be vulnerable and heal in community, trusting God to meet you in a safe and sacred space. You’re hungry to experience the miraculous and see the supernatural become part of your everyday walk with Jesus. You long to know your Creator more deeply and walk in your identity in Him. You're ready to commit to attend and engage in at least 85% of the sessions, understanding that each part builds on the last. If more than 2 sessions are missed, we’ll lovingly ask you to re-enroll in a future round for the fullest experience. You want your faith to soar like eagles’ wings—bold, free, and led by the Spirit. You’re open to completing a brief questionnaire and receiving personal ministry through one or more confidential inner healing and/or deliverance sessions with a trusted team member.

I acknowledge that the team members of Come to the Table, a ministry of Rapha Nation, have voluntarily agreed to pray for me using various inner healing methods. I understand that because Rapha Nation, Inc. is a prayer ministry and not a professional counseling or therapeutic center. I further state that I have voluntarily sought assistance of my own initiative and that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice of help that I might receive from the team members of this ministry. I understand that if I receive ministry from Rapha Nation, the team is committed to respecting the information disclosed during sessions, but they are not limited to complete confidentiality if someone is harming themselves or someone else. As needed, the information disclosed in sessions may be shared with other Rapha Nation leaders so as to further my total healing process. This may include establishing future meetings with spiritual mentors for the purpose of learning to set appropriate boundaries for my personal and spiritual growth. I understand that Rapha Nation, Inc. is required by law to report the following issues: Any intent of a person to take harmful, dangerous, or criminal action against another person or against him/herself, and any act of child or elderly abuse or neglect. I agree to hold Rapha Nation, Inc. and its team members free from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind that may arise as a result of assistance and/or ministry that I have received or from my involvement in Come to the Table, a ministry of Rapha Nation.
