K. Strobel is the Founder and President of Rapha Nation, a ministry dedicated to advancing the gospel, restoring hearts to the Father, and equipping believers to walk in their God-given purpose and calling. Through Rapha Nation, she also oversees several ministry initiatives, including Inner Chamber, Alabaster + Oak, and soon-to-launch Oil & Fire Press and the Awakened Elijah Collective Podcast.
Strobel is an accomplished international development professional, she brings over 24 years of leadership experience across more than 60 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. She offers a rare blend of strategic communications expertise, cross-sector partnership development, and operational oversight in complex global environments.
Her leadership portfolio reflects the ability to oversee international initiatives, build and train global teams, manage projects, and large-scale international portfolios. She has spearheaded programs in agriculture, healthcare, anti-human trafficking, and youth empowerment, collaborating with over 60 international NGOs, universities, and government agencies.
Strobel has also joyfully shared the gospel, hosted healing crusades, and walked alongside individuals through inner healing and deliverance. She is passionate about equipping others to discover and live out God’s unique purpose for their lives and has witnessed more than half a million souls saved and holistic healing brought to countless unreached nations.
Strobel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counseling and an MBA Certificate in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University. She is a Certified Mental Health Coach through the International Board of Christian Care and the American Association of Christian Counselors and holds a Project Management Certification through APMG International. She has also completed professional development training in leadership, organizational management, and people development through the American Management Association (AMA) and Last Mile Learning.
An ordained minister with Christ for All Nations, Strobel brings together expertise in leadership, mental health coaching, ministry, and international development. Known for her ability to navigate multicultural environments with insight and effectiveness, she serves as a coach, speaker, and strategic leader committed to fostering sustainable impact and transformational change.
